To put it simply, ZoopTix is the east-coast sales and support team for the ShoWare™ Ticketing Solution. While our territory is the entire United States and Canada, we enjoy working either near or far with a small company & local feel. We provide additional training and assistance you will not find elsewhere.
Using an online ASP Model, you don't need an IT staff or server farm, programmers or a myriad of other computer related hardware. ShoWare™ is an internet based solution, so anywhere you have an internet connection, you have the ability to manage and sell tickets as well as update your ticketing website.
What does a "Complete Box Office Solution" mean?
Box Office Interface: ShoWare™ features a simple, user-friendly interface for your box office. All transactions are in real-time as is the inventory each of the box office staff is seeing available. We help you SIMPLIFY your box office efforts and minimize training needs.
Online Sales: The site is maintained in real-time by you and your staff. If you choose to update a bio about an upcoming artist or take one of your regularly scheduled tours out of rotation, you can complete this in seconds - no need to call or email another company to do this!
Kiosks: Working with the largest kiosk manufacturers allows us to offer you nearly any conceivable option regarding the design and implementation of kiosks on and off your property.
Call Center: White-labeled services are available to you and expanded hours can be made available if you are looking to outsource your phone calls and reduce your box office hours. You can also use the Call Center Interface to manage all your incoming calls yourself and drive additional revenue to your bank account.
What if we don't want to do all of that?
For small venues or one-time events we also offer portal services through tickets.zooptix.com. Our portal services offer you an immediate solution with no long-term contract or programming required. You can link to the ticket page from your website and all transactions are handled securely by the ZoopTix team. Utilizing the ShoWare™ technology, our clients can use this alternative to effortlessly provide ticket sales to clients. |
